Located just north of I-80, the Regional Mixed-Use Campus (RMC) District is intented to develop as a high-intensity, interrelated live/work/learn/play district.
Mix of Potential Uses
A broad spectrum of users are encouraged to congregate within the District – office, retail, multi-family, entertainment, and recreation – with a special emphasis on knowledge-intensive sectors, such as class A office, research labs, advanced manufacturing, and business incubator facilities.
